Our High Performance Training Centre
(HPTC) allows PHA athletes the
opportunity to train under the
supervision of certified strength and
conditioning coaches 3-4 times per
week. We have partnered with Prairie
Performance Medical Clinic and
Highland that provides therapy and
doctors access right in our HPTC.

Brand new fitness equipment
The Prairie Performance Clinic was
established in the fall of 2024 to
partner with PHA in providing
physician access to the student
athletes. Dr. Joel Myhre is a family
physician working towards certification
in Sports Medicine. He also works in
Moose Jaw providing anesthesia
services and in Brandon, MB in the ICU.
Dr. Myhre is available to help with
injuries and illnesses as well as any
chronic medical issues.
